Privacy Policy

We currently sell our products via online stores. We will not partner with organizations that do not respect your privacy. The stores we use have a stated policy similar to ours: that they will not sell or otherwise use your contact information (outside of what is required to fulfill your order) without first contacting you and asking for that permission. They also make every effort to protect your personal information.

The stores are independent businesses and we can not control or warrant their actions, but we do select established companies who appear ethical and responsible and have a solid history in e-commerce. Ordering

Online Registration

Online registration allows you to pay via credit card, cash, or check. These are the steps for ordering online:

1. Go to the Expandable Language online store at eSellerate.
2. Click the "Buy" button for the product you want (page 1 of 6). This adds the product to your Shopping Cart and takes you to the Shopping Cart page.
3. Enter the number of licenses you want in the "Qty" field (page 2 of 6). Click "Back to Shopping" to add other products to your Shopping Cart, or "Checkout" to finish your purchase.
4. Enter your name, email address and shipping information and click "Next" (page 3 of 6).
5. Enter your credit card information and and click "Next" (page 4 of 6).
6. Review your order, and click "Submit Order" to proceed (page 5 of 6).
7. eSellerate will process your order and show you a receipt with an order# that you can use for tracking your order (page 6 of 6). It is a good idea to print out this page.

During the ordering process you can view eSellerate's security policy by clicking on a link at the bottom of the screen.

Offline Registration

You can order ChangeAgent with a check or money order by printing out the order form in ChangeAgent's registration dialog.

Use the Kagi store for most other payment scenarios, including offline with a credit card via email, postal mail, or fax. Please use the following steps:

1. Download the current register application from this site
2. Launch the register application and fill in your name, email address, shipping address, credit card or other payment information, and product quantities.
3. Follow the instructions in the register application for mailing, emailing, or faxing your order to Kagi.

Purchase Orders

To use a purchase order follow these steps:

1. Send the purchase order to Expandable Language, PMB 191, 2238B South Shore Center, Alameda, CA 94501.
2. We will send you an invoice and a temporary license key.
3. Pay the invoice by check or money order.
4. We will send you a permanent license key when we receive payment.

Phone Orders

There is a USD $5 handling charge for placing your order via phone. To purchase via phone:

1. Call Kagi at (510) 601-5244 any weekday between 9 am and 5 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time).
2. Place your order for Expandable Language's products.

After the Order Is Sent

Once your payment has been received and processed (this takes less than 24 hours for online credit card transactions and 2-4 weeks for payment via postal mail), you will be sent the following:

1. An email message from eSellerate or Kagi confirming your payment.
2. An email message from us thanking you for your purchase and including your license registration key.
3. If you used your credit card, your next statement will show eSellerate or Kagi as the merchant for this transaction.

You can check the status of your payment at any time by using your order# in eSellerate's customer support section or by using your Transaction ID to look up your purchase in Kagi's online Payment Query look-up system.
