We make every effort during our development and testing to insure that our products work as expected. But when they don't, we appreciate your assistance in making things right.

The Frequently Asked Questions section of this site contains a list of known problems in our products. You might find an existing answer or workaround to the problem you have encountered in one of the FAQs.

Please provide us with as much detail as possible to help us resolve the problem quickly. Screen shots and output from the application are extremely helpful.

Give a description of the problem in as much detail as possible: what happened, what we should do to make it happen again, and what you were expecting to see happen instead. Anything that you can tell us to help us reproduce this bug will help.
